Citizen of the Year Update

This year the Board of the Miami and Area Foundation regret we will not be selecting a Citizen of the Year for 2021 or hosting a Celebration Dinner, as we are not able to gather as a group.

Instead, in these unprecedented times, the board would like to acknowledge all of the citizens in our community who have stepped up and supported others, and the committees who continued to move forward in completing community minded projects.  The Miami and Area Community has displayed unprecedented kindness and support to one another, everyone has contributed in your own way.  “Thank you one and all.”
